"I called several places and found a few that met all all of my sister’s dream criteria for her birthday party – and then I called Cassandra. Cassandra met my dream criteria. My myriad of detailed questions were answered before I had the chance to ask them. She emailed or returned calls absolutely within the time that she said that she would. She knew her location, her menu, her schedule and her staff with a confidence I have never experienced in any of my past dealings with managers, banquet directors or actual owners of other facilities. Everything I was told would happen did, all things were exactly as described, and the function was run exactly to the schedule that I had submitted – exactly. The staff was very enthusiastic and helpful – and Cindy – our manager for the evening – was very patient with my decorating, layout changes, general fussing over small details, and overall ado about nothing. My experience in event planning has been limited to more formal and expensive settings, thinking that the more money on the line the better the service and the larger the ear to my squawking. My experience with Cassandra and crew has taught me the very valuable lesson that while the location is important, the staff is truly key. Ala Carte Entertainment is incredibly lucky to have a staff so predisposed to doing a great job and such a bright and capable Banquet Director to lead them."
